LDM-100BXY Dual axis laser diameter measuring control gauge

Dual axis laser diameter gauge for measuring pipe diameter up to 100mm.
LDM-100BXY Dual axis laser diameter measuring control gauge is the high-accuracy installment that uses the laser scan to carry on the no-contacts on-line measurement. It (namely X axis and Y axis) simultaneously measure the diameter in two directions.
It is applicable to measure and control the diameter of metal wires, glass, pipes, wire and cable, etc. It is overcomes the shortcomming of bi-directional measurement. The display unit can simultaneously show the diameter mean value and roundness of wire and pipe.

3. Characteristics

3). Can be equipped remote controller DDC-3, DDC-5,DDC-7, on the extruder and automatic feedback control to control the tolerance, improve product quality, reducing consumption.

4. Display Controller (Model:DDC-3, DDC-5, DDC-7)
1). It be used to remote display and control.
2). Applicable to DC motors, VVVF motor.
3). The controller can control the speed of extruder or the tractor according to the diameter tolerance.
4). Can simultaneously measure the outside diameter, roundness, runout, including oval diameter. It can be used for shaft testing, the detection of rubber roller, honeycomb ceramic detection.
